What is an aromatherapist or a certified aromatherapy health professional? CAHP

Accredited by the Canadian Federation of Aromatherapist and National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy, a Clinical Aromatherapist is a skilled professional who utilizes plant extracts, to improve your overall well-being, whether it's physical, emotional or mental.

Why would I need aromatherapy?

If you're dealing with skin issues like psoriasis, rosacea, or acne, or facing hormonal challenges during perimenopause, menopause, or menstruation, managing pain, stress, and anxiety, aromatherapy can be a beneficial addition to your treatment. While it doesn't replace your doctor, it serves as a safe, holistic complementary approach. Sometimes, traditional Western medicine may fall short, or you might prefer a more holistic option, and aromatherapy offers that alternative.

What to expect during your initial consultation?

Upon meeting with our professional Clinical aromatherapist, you'll be asked to fill out an intake form. Please bring names of any medications you are currently taking. We will review your medical history, discuss the issues you're facing, and note any fragrance preferences or aversions you may have. Following this, I will assess the best approach to enhance your quality of life. Depending on the complexity of your situation, I may need extra time to research to create your blend, and I will inform you when it’s ready for pickup. It's important to recognize that everyone is different and what works for one person may not work for another. Collaborating with an Aromatherapist takes time as we discover what is effective for you.

What customers have said?

I have been living with this skin issue for so long, I didn't realize that aromatherapy can help me. As soon as I used the hydrosol, the itchiness stopped and within a two weeks, I saw a great improvement, the irritation and swelling had reduced significantly. Within a month, my skin issue was gone * My blend smells beautifully and I am sleeping much better * My blend is so relaxing. My anxiety has reduced significantly * This blend is so soothing, though my pain is not completely gone, it is much more manageable.
